Back in 2011, Inocuo was involved in a live mural for LZF to present “The Butterfly”, an event organised for the presentation of the Agatha lamp in New York. The collaboration was so positive that we immediately decided to continue working together on another adventure we were all passionate about: “Koi”.
The new project was born in New York: a Motion Graphics film, an audiovisual work starring a three-dimensional CGI “Koi” inspired by the translucent scale fabric with which we were working with such passion. After dozens of sketches, “Koi” took a recognisable shape.
As the saying goes, an image is worth a thousand words, in Expormim we thought it would be better to show the way we are and the way we work by means of a video. And so we trusted the dexterity of the studio Pensando en Blanco and its impeccable visual storytelling. The result is an accurate reflection of our daily routine. This is Expormim, a mixture of handicraft methods and modern approach.
Take a glimpse at the creative processes in LZF workshop. See the hands on approach we pursue in planned, revising and finally assembling our lights, as we endeavor to give life to wood through light. All LZF fixtures are handmade in Valencia, Spain, using our Timberlite® wooden veneers meaning every fixture is completely unique and special.

WIREFLOW in Barcelona’s Barton restaurant: From product concept to its use within a project.
A conversation with designers Arik Levy and Isabel López.
The main feature of the WIREFLOW collection, designed by Arik Levy, is that the wires themselves are what define its shape, which is embodied in a very graphic and delicate tracery that seems to hang from the ceiling like some stray wiring.

The Kriska chain was invented in 1926 by Jose Maria Sans. He bet with the colleagues of the Industrial School who was the one creating a machine to set links and making a chain. Later on the chain was used as the most popular curtain of the Mediterranean homes, bars and small shops that in summer opened doors for venting the space.
Nowadays KriskaDECOR is still producing and commercializing its chain from Tarragona (Spain) to all over the world. The Kriska chain it's been object of many creatives and designers to be part of their amazing projects.
